Welcome to the new website and blog of Insider Accident Lawyers. The design is new, but the mission is the same: helping people injured by someone else's negligence understand their rights and stand on equal footing with the insurance companies on the other side. This site is built to give accident victims clear, practical information, whether you are ready to talk to a lawyer or just trying to figure out what happens next.

A Fresh Start Online

We are excited to launch a site and blog designed around the questions injured people actually ask. After an accident, you may be juggling injuries, medical bills, missed work, car repairs, and insurance paperwork all at once. Our goal is to make this a reliable place to get straight answers.

The firm itself is not new. Many people first knew us as Countrywide Trial Lawyers. In August 2025, we became Insider Accident Lawyers, and we have continued doing what we have always done: advocating for accident victims during some of the hardest moments of their lives. The new website is the next step in that work, with a stronger focus on education.

Why "Insider"?

Over years of cases, negotiations, and trials, one pattern kept showing up. Insurance companies start with a big advantage. Most injured people are going through a claim for the first time. Insurers handle enormous volumes of claims and employ adjusters, investigators, consultants, and lawyers whose job is to protect the company's bottom line.

Our new name reflects how we level that playing field. It was not just a branding exercise. "Insider" stands for the experience and understanding our team brings to every case: knowing how the other side evaluates, defends, and values injury claims, and using that knowledge on behalf of injured people instead of against them.

Meet the Insider: Shawn Rokni

Every firm has an origin story, and ours begins with our founder, Shawn Rokni. Before dedicating his career to representing injured people, Shawn worked as a senior insurance defense attorney and as in-house counsel for a major auto insurer. From that seat, he saw firsthand how claims are investigated, evaluated, negotiated, and litigated.

Many injury lawyers only ever see one side of that process. Shawn has seen both. That means he understands:

  • The strategies insurers use, because he worked inside that system
  • What evidence adjusters look for when they evaluate a claim
  • How insurers assess risk and decide what a case is worth
  • How defense attorneys prepare cases for trial
  • The tactics that can be used to reduce, delay, or deny compensation

Today, he puts that knowledge to work for injured people. That perspective runs through the whole firm and shapes how we build every case.

Why the Insider Perspective Matters

Many people assume the insurance process after an accident will be straightforward. It often is not. Insurance companies are businesses, and their financial interests do not always line up with yours. Even legitimate claims run into obstacles like:

  • Disputes over who was at fault
  • Low settlement offers
  • Slow or stalled investigations
  • Challenges to your medical treatment
  • Questions about how badly you were really hurt
  • Attempts to shift blame onto you
  • Pressure to settle quickly

If you do not know how insurers evaluate claims, it is hard to see what you are up against. Because our team understands that process, we can anticipate common defense strategies, focus on the documentation insurers weigh most heavily, and spot weaknesses before they become problems. Understanding the other side's playbook can make the difference between accepting a lowball offer and pursuing the full compensation you are entitled to.

Why We Rebuilt the Website

This launch is about more than a new look. The internet is full of legal information, but much of it is technical, vague, or written for other lawyers. We wanted something different: clear, practical explanations that help people understand their options after an accident.

Across the site, you can learn about the kinds of cases we handle, including:

  • Car accidents, truck accidents, and motorcycle accidents
  • Bicycle and pedestrian accidents
  • Premises liability claims, such as slip and falls and unsafe property conditions
  • Nursing home abuse
  • Construction accidents
  • Product liability claims
  • Wrongful death
  • Catastrophic injuries

You can browse the full list on our practice areas page. Whether you are actively considering a claim or simply researching your rights, we want the information here to help you make informed decisions.

Introducing the Refreshed Insider Blog

One of the parts of this launch we are most excited about is the revamped blog. We believe education is one of the most valuable things a law firm can offer. The legal system can feel intimidating, especially if you have never been through an injury claim. Questions come up immediately:

  • Who is responsible for my accident?
  • Should I talk to the insurance company?
  • What is my case worth?
  • What if my injuries get worse?
  • How long do I have to file?
  • Can I still recover if I was partly at fault?

The blog exists to answer questions like these in plain English. A good place to start is our step-by-step guide on how to claim car accident compensation. We will keep publishing articles, updates, and legal insights to help accident victims understand their rights and the claims process.

Our Commitment to Clients Has Not Changed

The website has changed. Our commitment to the people we represent has not. Every case involves a real person whose life has been disrupted. It might be a parent who cannot return to work, a family facing unexpected medical bills, someone looking at months of recovery, or relatives seeking accountability after a preventable loss.

These are not just files. They are people's lives. That is why we start by listening, taking time to understand each client's circumstances, goals, and concerns before building a strategy. No two accidents are alike, no two clients are the same, and nobody deserves a one-size-fits-all approach.

What to Expect When You Reach Out

If you contact us after an accident, the first conversation is simply about understanding what happened. We will ask how the accident occurred, what injuries you have, what treatment you have received, and whether you have heard from any insurance companies. We will explain how the process works, which deadlines may apply, and what we see as the strengths and challenges of your situation. There is no cost for that review and no pressure to sign anything. If we take your case, we handle communications with the insurers so you can focus on your recovery, and we keep you informed as the case moves forward.

Looking Ahead

This launch is a milestone for us, and it gives us a platform to keep educating the public and helping injured people understand their options. As this resource grows, the philosophy behind it stays the same: use insider knowledge, fight for injured people, level the playing field, and pursue accountability for those harmed by negligence.
